When was White of Dublin founded?
October 8, 2011

Why did you want to start a bridal shop?
We wanted to bring an intimate and comfortable experience to each bride while surrounded by elegance.  We noticed this bridal experience was not available to brides in the Columbus area.  We genuinely care about each bride and want this moment to be magical.

What bridal lines do you carry?
Sassi Holford, Ian Stuart, Rosa Clara, Two by Rosa Clara, Junko Yoshioka, Angel Rivera

What is the price range of your gowns?
Dresses start at $2000

What lines of bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses do you carry?
Ian Stuart, Collection 20 by Watters, Wtoo, Noir by Lazaro.  Flower girl dresses by Us Angels

What accessories do you carry?
Erin Cole, Sara Gabriel, Lori London, Thomas Knoell, Boutique de Voile, Katherine Jessica Collections, and Jonquil in Bloom for lingerie

What is your favorite part of owning a bridal boutique?
Our favorite part about owning a bridal boutique is when we get to know each bride and what makes her special.  Being able to understand a bride makes the moment when she finds her dress that much more touching to us.

What advice do you have for brides who are just starting to look for their gown?
When you begin searching for your wedding dress, we recommend bringing no more than 2 close friends/family with you.  We also suggest being open minded to different styles. Dresses look different on each bride.

What trends are you seeing for 2012 that you love?
Brides in 2012 are creating two looks with one dress.  With one amazing wedding dress, you can add a jacket or festoon for the ceremony and change to a sash for the reception.  Simply changing out the hairpieces and jewelry make an amazing statement from ceremony to reception, as well.

Finally, if you were to get married/re-married tomorrow, what dress would you wear?
Heather: Vanderbilt by Ian Stuart
Diane: Mulberry by Junko Yoshioka

I haven’t had any brides wear dresses from White just yet but I had the pleasure of working with these ladies on a style shoot for Capital Style Bride which comes out this month – keep your eyes open for that!  Thanks also to Studio127 Photography for the pictures of the shop!

Thanks for chatting with me ladies!  Tomorrow we’ll be talking with Lindsay from La Jeune Mariee and Luxeredux!
