E is for Eating (keep doing so!)

Sounds like silly advice but you would be surprised how many brides go a little overboard in the weeks right after the engagement and try to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible.  You have plenty of time to lose weight before the wedding – don’t stop eating and do it all at once.  Just eat sensibly and any extra pounds will come off by wedding day.
