I am deeply saddened by the events at Virginia Tech this week and there is a personal connection – my Dad is a VT alum.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of the victims. I hope that they are able to find peace in the coming weeks and months as they find ways to remember and celebrate their loved ones’ lives.

Sadly, this week is also the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing and Columbine school shooting. Way too much sadness…

We had a detailed ultrasound yesterday and they were able to tell what we are having!

Based on the pictures (and the baby was not shy) we are having a little girl!

So in about 25-30 years, we are going to be paying for a wedding rather than a rehearsal dinner.
